Role: Senior Software Engineer AI& ML & Gen AI Location: Remote Exp : 12 Years We are looking for a machine learning engineer to build both Traditional AI/ML as well as Generative AI based systems. The candidate should be highly skilled in programming & statistics with the ability to confidently assess, analyze, and organize large amounts of data. Responsibilities Design and develop Generative AI applications based on the use cases like chat with documents, chat with data, text summarization, Q&A, Data Extraction etc. Build proof of concepts by working with APM in identifying the cutting-edge advancements in GenAI and AI/ML areas. Collaborate with Agile Product Manager (APM) and help document the solution architecture for the AI/ML/GenAI based applications. Build self-service portals that utilize the AI/ML/GenAI based backends. Identify and build evaluation frameworks for the AI/ML/GenAI solutions that help measure the success of the solution. Conduct various experiments on the Gen AI based RAG solutions and achieve accuracy by tangibly measuring the results. Study and transform data science prototypes and apply appropriate machine learning algorithms and tools. Train, retrain, and monitor machine learning systems and models as needed. Construct optimized data pipelines to feed machine learning models. Consult with managers to determine and refine machine learning objectives. Skills and qualifications Impeccable analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of at least one or more of the following Python, R, Java. Knowledge of basic cloud environments for AI/ML eg: Azure, AWS Knowledge of engineering practices like CI/CD, DevSecOps & MLOps Exposure to Gen AI based solutions and RAG architecture. In-depth knowledge of machine learning frameworks, like Keras or PyTorch Familiarity with data structures, data modeling, and software architecture Preferred qualifications Extensive experience working with Proprietary as well as Open source LLMs. Experience in building self-service portals with Angular or similar frontend technologies and python-based backend APIs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills Innovative mind with a passion for continuous learning Experience in building enterprise production grade Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) based Gen AI application. Experience in performing model tuning for LLM using techniques like LoRA/PEFT.
