Responsibilities : Help IT & GIS UN Teams translate requirements in GIS technology-driven solutions through the implementation of Esris enterprise GIS technology. Collect, organize, and prepare use case requirements objectives, and workflows to translate into meaningful design build and test plans. Collaborative analysis and interpret business and technical problems and distill them into manageable and practical solutions or tasks. Provide GIS technical guidance and advice. Support and Lead project teams during requirements, analysis, design, build, and rollout Support external DEVA subcontractors requirements tasks. Support Manage subcontractors, GIS Engaged Providers with relationships and project expectations. Requirements Significant, proven experience applying GIS technology within electric and gas utilities sector. Domain expertise throughout the electric and gas utilities including electric and/or gas distribution and transmission, substation. Experience with Esri products (Pro, Online, Portal, ArcGIS Utility Network) to solve complex business problems. Experience with desktop, client/server, and Internet applications, and architectures. Familiarity with RDBMS and geodatabase design techniques and concepts Demonstrated professional experience applying electric and gas utilities GIS data management frameworks. Knowledge of software development methodologies + Experience in the integration of ArcGIS with common utility enterprise systems, such as: asset management, work management, network analysis, Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS), Outage Management Systems (OMS), customer information + Knowledgeable of utility workflows and how they are applied through GIS, example: inspection & integrity management, asset management, right-of-way corridor, design, construction, network analysis, integration with other systems(SAP/WMS).
