Provides Tier 3 proactive and reactive service and performance management for mission critical systems and client systems. Responds to real-time performance alerts to resolve performance problems. Conducts regular on-going review/analysis of performance data to identify current performance problems and proactively detect potential future performance problems. Ensures proper selection and deployment of technologies, creation or improvement of all processes, and the recruiting or retaining of motivated, skilled people. Must haves: Experienced in VMWare Virtualization and Azure Administration. Experience with priority protocol. Knowledgeable of cyber related verbiage.
