Costpoint (required) Cobra (extremely helpful) PM Compass (extremely helpful) Cognos 5+ years experience with best business practices across ERP suites KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: 1. In-depth experience in ERP concepts: Understands how DelTek implements key business processes and can guide a business organization to use them effectively 2. Advanced experience in troubleshooting functional and technical problems, root cause analysis of configuration management, networking, application integration, data, and reporting 3. Advanced experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies such as TFS, Git, SCRUM etc. 4. Successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams (strong written and verbal skills) 5. Advanced experience in training, QA, and UAT support 6. Advanced understanding of work estimation and resource allocation 7. Advance understanding and experience in process definition and improvement 8. Ability to train and mentor others 9. Strong understanding of KPI metrics and reporting 10.
