Should have detailed IBM Query knowledge and ability to write structured query language (SQL) Strong experience in Functional Business Design and be able to evaluate system data flows that relate to MAPICS processes Basic knowledge of Data Modeling and BI reporting Prefer to have Working experience on source-target field mapping on BI platform Strong verbal and written communication Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working independently with little supervision Experience reviewing and challenging existing business processes, recommending relevant best practices and driving to decisions and process improvements.
