The ideal candidate will be hands-on and proficient in overseeing data visualization programs, identifying key business questions, defining the technology stack, and managing data flow across the business. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the data visualization program: Identify key business questions and manage the technology stack and data flow. Integrate BI solutions: Consolidate existing strong BI solutions into a comprehensive system, ensuring consistency in data sources, whether from the warehouse or individual reporting solutions. Steering Committee Management: Run the Steering Committee for the BI solutions area, focusing on realization and adoption. Improve BI Efficiency: Minimize the need for standalone Power BI reports and Excel spreadsheets, reducing the time required to obtain real data for decision-making by executives and directors. Database Consolidation: Assist in the active consolidation of databases into one unified system. Skills and Qualifications: Power BI Azure Azure Data Factory (ADF) Proven experience in running steering committees and managing BI solutions. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage periodic travel to San Francisco. Strong understanding of business processes across configuration, planning, buying, manufacturing, construction, monitoring, warranty, and commissioning. Certifications any of the following : Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate , Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate , Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Additional Information: This is a 100% remote position, with potential travel to San Francisco during the first week and periodically thereafter.
