Utility program selection for performance monitoring. Directing changes to the database management system. Ensuring data integrity and security. Managing user queries. Conducting impact analyses for database changes. Implementing recovery procedures for data retrieval post-failures. Minimum Candidate Characteristics: Experience with RDBMS: Oracle, MSSQL Server, MySQL Knowledge of/experience with Project Management practices and processes. Exceptional Candidate Characteristics: Experience with healthcare-specific databases: Electronic Health Records (EHR) and/or Health Information Exchange (HIE) systems Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity. Years Required/Preferred Experience 2 Required Knowledge with Project Management practices, principles, and processes 2 Required Skill in business, program, and system analysis; developing goals, objectives, and procedures to monitor and evaluate progress. 2 Required Experience in analyzing statistical information, and translating complex technical information verbally and in writing for non-technical audiences. 2 Preferred Knowledge with development of management/workflow reporting tools for program areas.
