Title: ERP Implementation Manager (ServiceTitian) Location: Garland, TX 75040 (5-days per week onsite) locals only REQUIRED SKILLS: at least 1 ERP implementation within a ~$100MM company / end-to-end ERP Implementation, focusing on Operational WF and Inventory Modules / ideally they want someone with ServiceTitian ERP Implementation Management experience, so target that skill set 1st if possible JOB SUMMARY The ERP Implementation Manager (ServiceTitian) will coordinate timelines and workflows with internal teams and third-party vendors to achieve deadline goals. The ERP Implementation Manager (ServiceTitian) will ensure documentation and collection of established SOPs for new system function. Additionally, the ERP Implementation Manager (ServiceTitian) will ensure consistent and seamless information delivery to the new CRM by facilitating quality control sessions with appropriate stakeholders. Internally Collaborate with Teams Relevant to the Systems Setup / Administration to Set Expectations Navigate / Communicate Migration / Implementation Roadblocks to Direct Leadership Deploy / Test Business-Critical System Integrations Proactively Educate the Team on Updates via Presentations / Account-Specific Training Materials, etc. Effectively Communicate / Assess / Navigate Change Risks Alongside the Controller / Stakeholders, etc. About the Project: This organization is within weeks of beginning an enterprise-wide ServiceTitian migration / implementation, focusing on the Operations Workflow (job assignment / resource deployment, etc.) and Inventory Modules. The ERP Implementation Manager will need to be able to join the team and quickly begin to understand their systems, how they work, who the keep players are, establish and manage timelines, and ensure that the implementation stays on schedule, etc. The Go-Live for these systems, is slated for the end of December 2024. This person MUST be highly-organized and seamlessly work though, what might feel like, herding cats (lots of moving parts / teams / integrations, etc.). This is a HIGHLY critical implementation and will require someone who has had previous experience managing the migration and implementation of ERP Systems (Operations WF / Inventory Modules, specifically) within a ~$100MM Company. The bottom line is this, they need to get this ERP Implementation Manager onboarded quickly so that they can get caught up with where they are, in their ServiceTitian ERP implementation / deployment, so that when they do deploy in the next couple of weeks, this person is in the know and ready to go. The IDEAL ERP Implementation Manager:They STRONGLY prefer ERP Implementation Managers that have the direct experience with ServiceTitian Implementations, however someone with any ERP Implementation experience within a ~$100MM organization and within the Operations WF and Inventory Modules, will work for this role. Those are the 2 main modules that are being implemented within ServiceTitian during this implementation cycle.
