The ideal candidate will have expertise in server patching, particularly in Exchange and SQL environments. This role involves providing high-quality technical services to clients, including consulting, troubleshooting, installation, integration, migration services, and solution development. The Senior Patching Administrator must demonstrate superior proficiency in these services, with dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Deliver top-quality professional services to ensure customer satisfaction Optimize productivity while assigned to projects or tasks Provide pre-sale design and consulting services Implement proper contingency planning for service performance control Resolve issues promptly during service delivery to protect customer data and products Provide problem-solving and escalation support as needed Conduct testing and quality control procedures Maintain positive customer relations Ensure control and security of client-owned products while on-site Adhere to punctual arrival at customer appointments Provide regular status updates to the assistant supervisor or electronically Competencies: Effective and professional communication with all customer contacts Clear written communication for ticket/task updates Organization and control over all project-related information Act as a team lead, offering guidance and support to colleagues Commitment to exceptional customer services Strong broad-based knowledge of hardware, operating systems, applications/networking products, connectivity, and cabling Proficiency in all aspects of the core technical requirements Qualifications: 5 years experience as a Systems Engineer Solid background in Exchange Patching, SQL Patching, and overall Server Patching Windows 10 and above troubleshooting background Preferred certification: MCSE Willingness to work on-site at the local office when required Excellent communication and customer service skills Om Verma Tech.
