Key skills include in-depth knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices, proficiency in programming languages like Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript, and experience with Azure cloud platforms and containerization technologies. Additional skills include converting Monolithic to Microservices Architecture, familiarity with AWS and GCP, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in Agile environments, and relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect. Preferred Visa :- H1b , L2EAD , GCEAD , H4EAD with pp no at the time of submission Mainly - Experience with Azure cloud platforms and containerization technologies. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and architectural designs. Design end-to-end solutions encompassing application architecture, integration, data flow, and security considerations. Capable of applying Domain Driven Design principles Lead the development and implementation of scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions that drive business value. Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles. Conduct code reviews and performance optimizations to ensure the highest quality of deliverables. Serve as a subject matter expert on application architecture, providing mentorship and training to team members. Ensure software solutions align with business goals, meet performance requirements, and provide engaging, intuitive user experiences. Develop solutions by studying information needs, investigating problem areas, and following the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand business objectives and translate those goals into technical specifications. Build technical designs for software applications incorporating architecture patterns, frameworks, data models, application components, and system integrations. Define the architecture strategy and development roadmap to align with the organizations business goals and technology strategy. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools for application development. Recommend technologies and tools that align with the applications requirements based on factors such as performance, scalability, and maintainability. Integrate security measures into the application architecture, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Conduct security assessments and recommend improvements to enhance cybersecurity. Translate user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) specifications into coding implementation. Test applications to ensure optimal performance and evaluate new technologies for specific projects. Handson in troubleshooting technical issues and able to provide solution to the team members. Integrate applications with backend tools, such as cloud storage or application program interfaces (APIs). Create prototypes, wireframes, and proofs of concept to solicit team feedback and make design modifications. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the application architecture, including design documents, diagrams, and technical specifications. Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the application architecture. Engage in professional development opportunities to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in application architecture. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as an Application Solution Architect or similar role in software development. In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript. Experience with Azure cloud platforms and containerization technologies. Experience working in conversion of Monolithic to Microservices Architecture. Knowledge of other cloud technologies like AWS and GCP is an added advantage. Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
