SFDC certified Project Description This team is responsible for digital transformation from legacy to Salesforce to support customer assistance portal (any customer issues, customer can contact customer support via phone, email, txt, virtual chat and ect). Duties/Day to Day Overview 1. Senior developer (hands on) with experience in Apex and Lightning web components. (very important) 2. Experience with working with offshore teams specially day to queries with offshore devs. 3. A bit of solution design. 4. Merging code across environments. Top Requirements (Must haves) Technical Skill Set: Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) -Ideally focused around Case objects Apex, Triggers, LWC (lighting web component) Integrating and API experience and should be familiar with ecosystem (someone who has expedience with Salesforce integration platform with multiple systems) Platform Dev 2 Certificate is preferred - how to get the thing to do Soft Skills: Willingness to learn new tolls Work independently Good communication skills (be able to interact with team, share ideas, speak up) Responsibilities Be part of the growing Salesforce Service Cloud/ Sales Cloud Engineering Team developing solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud. Collaborate with Solution Architect, Technical Lead and Product Management to implement features into Salesforce solutions. Develop Salesforce Service Cloud solutions using Lightning and Apex. Debug and troubleshoot code related issues/defects. Collaborate with quality engineers to create test strategy and proactively identify opportunities for addressing critical issues Provide best practices and oversee performance test execution, performance tuning and optimizations for processes within Salesforce. Create Reports and Dashboards as needed by customers of the platform. Be comfortable with Agile SDLC methodologies Participate in code reviews and ensure that code quality and design patterns are followed. Basic qualifications Bachelors degrees in Computer Science or related field. Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification. 2nd level certification preferred. 6- 8+ years of overall experience as a Salesforce Developer. 4-6 years of experience implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or other Force verticals.
