Desired work experience is 10 or more years. Desired Specific Skills & Experience Product development, preferably full lifecycle. Schematic capture and PCB design (mixed signal), Xpedition preferred. Design for EMI/EMC Design review processes. Configuration management Knowledge sharing willing to learn and ready to teach. Occasional domestic travel. Technical interaction with vendors such as board vendors. Comfortable taking the lead on tasks, with appropriate support. Drives communication asks questions, raises issues early with proposed solutions. Prefers (and can demonstrate examples of) receiving high level goals and can break these down into a plan and path of atomic deliverables that yields success.
