Technical writing and diagraming skills, including proficiency with modeling and mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Erwin), and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and MS Project. Experience performing data analysis and validation using SQL Experience as a scrum master and technical lead for an agile development team Experience designing and developing scripts using Python Experience with JIRA software Experience developing and delivering internal and external reports Experience making technical presentations and working closely with customers Experience working with Jupyter Notebook Experience working with TIERS (Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System) Proven ability to write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices Understanding of security principles and how they apply to healthcare data Excellent oral and written communication skills. Effectively manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize conflicting assignments, and switch quickly between assignments, as required.
