Job Description -

Role: SAP Cutover Lead / Manager

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Hybrid- Atlanta, GA

Visa: EAD/GC/USC

MOI: Skype

Experience: 10+ years

Skills: SAP Cutover, Data Remediation, S/4HANA, Deployments, SAP Configurations

Must have LinkedIn Page and dl visa(SSN,DOB) in submission.

The Job: Client is looking for an experienced SAP Cutover Consultant well versed in SAP Deployment and Cutover Methodology.

Skills and Experience_
10 years of experience in SAP Deployment and Cutover Methodology
Experience in SAP project delivery and cutover management, with at least 1 S4/HANA full lifecycle implementation
Experience in global and virtual working environment; managing onshore and offshore teams
Understand SAP configurations and dependencies
Hands-on experience good knowledge in SAP functional/business processes
Ability to conduct and facilitate workshops with business representatives, team member resources, and external 3rd party groups
Problem solving skills that use techniques to identify the root cause of the issue and then ability to clearly communicate (verbal/orally) this position
Attention to detail in the written communications
Advanced communication skills with a demonstrated ability to provide advice, consult and negotiate with senior management and manage key relationships between stakeholders involved in an upgrade/implementation environment

Responsibilities_
Develop and own the overall Deployment workplan.
Put together an exhaustive list of deliverables and activities that will be executed by the Deployment Workstream.
Provide written documentation describing a project or program's overall Deployment strategy
Work with project and program workstreams to plan and develop detailed cutover plans, which include both technical and functional steps to be executed during the deployment phase.
Identify risks, cross application dependencies and downstream impacts for each release
Lead small team of cutover team members during the preparation and execution phases
Lead deployment planning activities with IT, business, and third-party teams
Determine go-live readiness criteria, socialize them with key stakeholders and obtain requisite approvals
Plan and execute mock cutovers to help teams prepare for the final production cutover
Establish and communicate the overall Deployment plan with senior stakeholders such as program management, business unit leads and the IT Head
Manage the
scope and schedule of cutover activities
risks and issues associated with the cutover and prepare appropriate mitigation plans
Supporting functional teams as they define the local requirements, plans and execution
Coordinating
local dependencies between business, IT, data remediation etc.
with Core dependencies (E.g., Data Migration, Aspire Template Cutover, Global systems)
Ensuring cutovers are prepared and rehearsed as far as possible (E.g., technical cutovers for each test and pre-prod environment)
Running readiness and Go/No-Go assessments in conjunction with the Deployment Lead (including any inventory reporting)
