Responsibilities:
The SAPFunctional HCM resource is responsible for providing broad-based SAP HCMknowledge to business users, design and implementation of configurations andcustomization, and provide recommendations for program enhancement and changesto meet evolving business requirements.
JobResponsibilities:
-Createfunctional specification based on business requirements, work with developersto deliver expected solutions, and validate results
-Understandcomplex requirements and formulate cost-effective best-in-class solutions tosupport business needs
-Analyzebusiness processes and develop and implement improvements to streamline,simplify and optimize current programs and processes
-Performsolution design and deliver solution based on business requirements; performpost-deployment assessments and remedial actions to assure optimizedbusinessprocess
-Manage bothenhancements and troubleshooting for integrations with SF
-Providefunctional guidance to business and testing team during testing cycles andapproval process
-Maintainprofessional and good working relationships with team members and business
- Providehigh level end users support
