Experience in trouble shooting and debugging LIMS applications. Customer facing ability, analytical ability, communication, and articulation skills. Hands on experience implementing Instrument interfaces, Integration Manager, CDS systems like Open Lab, ATLAS or other third-party application. Hands on experience implementing interfaces with enterprise applications Should be aware of Sample Manager Globalization/Standardization and Sample Manager Upgrade from SM 11.1/11.2 to 12.2/12.X versions Should to be aware of Automation of User Process (Ex:- Auto calculations, Auto sample Login), Agilent OpenLabs Upgrade to 2.5/2.6 and Setting up Sample Schedulers. Should be aware of the GxPs. Computer System Validation processes and other regulatory requirements of a lab.
