Overview The Technology Services (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is responsible for maintaining and supporting two critical cloud systems: Coupa and Workday. We are currently seeking a skilled Coupa Analyst to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation and enhancement of these systems. Responsibilities As a Coupa Analyst, your key responsibilities will include: Production Support: Troubleshoot issues in the Production Coupa environment, ensuring smooth operation and timely resolution of problems. Configuration: Configure the Coupa application to meet business requirements and optimize performance. Testing: Perform end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, and business processes to ensure functionality and reliability. Future Releases: Support the rollout of future Coupa releases, including regression testing and new feature implementation. Enhancements: Assist in the development of new solutions and enhancements to improve system capabilities. Qualifications The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Coupa Expertise: Ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions within Coupa. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, particularly in Coupa Analytics, to interpret data and provide insights. Testing Proficiency: Experience in regression testing of applications and integrations for upcoming Coupa releases. Communication: Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with business users and scrum teams. Documentation: Ability to document project deliverables, including requirements specifications, design documents, and test results.
