The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud applications, specifically within the demand planning and supply chain management domains. This role involves configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Demand Planning Cloud solutions to optimize our supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation of Oracle Demand Planning Cloud solutions. Configure the application to meet business requirements and optimize supply chain processes. Customize solutions as necessary to align with business needs. Process Improvement: Analyze current demand planning processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to enhance forecast accuracy and supply chain efficiency. Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Demand Planning Cloud applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the application. Training & Documentation: Train end-users and stakeholders on Oracle Demand Planning Cloud functionalities. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless integration and alignment of demand planning solutions. Collaborate with Oracle support and external consultants as needed. Experience: Minimum of 15+years of experience with Oracle Demand Planning Cloud or similar Oracle Cloud applications. Proven experience in implementing and supporting demand planning solutions in a supply chain environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Demand Planning Cloud configuration and customization. Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and demand planning processes. Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle certification in Demand Planning Cloud or related modules. Experience with other Oracle Cloud applications (e.g., Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud). Project management experience and skills.
