JOB DETAILS Position: Tech Lead/Tech PM Location: Seattle (preferred) Mode of work: (Remote/hybrid/Onsite): Hybrid Cost range: $65 c2c Tenure of contract: Contract with customer is multi-year, but depends on how good the candidate is. Experience Required- 12- 14 years Minimum 5+ experience in managing development/support & maintenance projects. Project Manager will be responsible for driving project management activities in the Cloud Services Strong understanding of Snowflake, Data Warehouse process execution from acquiring data from source system to visualization Monitor, support and improve services according to incident, change and problem management for daily operations according to IT/ TR and industry standards. Responsible for END TO END project execution and delivery across multiple clients Understand ITIL processes related to incident management, problem management, application life cycle management, operational health management. Strong in Agile and Jira Tool Collaborate with different partners and teams to implement IT standards (operational, compliance, etc).
