Job Role: Workday Configurator Location: San Antonio, TX (5 days work from office, from Day1 onsite joining require, no exception) Job Description: Perform system administration functions including table configuration, EIB data loads, system maintenance and data integrity. Experience in modules Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security, Recruiting, Compensation and Business process. Designed, build, tested, deployed, and supported Workday customers, prepared functional/technical design documents. Perform system administration functions including table configuration, EIB data loads, system maintenance and data integrity. Experience in modules Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security, Recruiting, Compensation and Business process. Designed, build, tested, deployed, and supported Workday customers, prepared functional/technical design documents. Extensive experience in all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle namely - Requirement gathering, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Deployment. Extensive experience in Business process configuration Experience with creating Organization Types, Organization Hierarchies, Staffing models, Reorganizations and business process frameworks. Experience with Workday security like Role based security, User based Security and Job based Security. Also, Functional area, Domain and Business Process Security Policies. Extensively Worked on Recruitment and Core HCM module. Monitor JIRA/SNOW ticketing tool and provide Application Support, work on change request, Development/configuration and testing involves preparing test cases, developer testing and UAT.
