Title- Tibco Developer Location-Onsite- Chicago, IL- Locals only Duration-6+ Months Visa- USC, GC Summary: As a software developer in the Data Enablement team, you will be responsible for the development of mission critical applications, while working with a team of developers. This individual will build high performing, real-time middleware solutions in the extremely critical domains of Crew and Catering Operations IT. You will play a large role in building data caches and real time messaging applications, used by operational and commercial systems across the company. Additionally, as a developer, you will build these applications with a focus on delivering cloud-based solutions. The individual will use leading edge technologies and enterprise grade integration software daily. Responsibilities: * Tibco Developer will participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design * Serve as technical expert on development projects * Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements * Support, maintain, and document software functionality * Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation * Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed * Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements * Consult with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs * Recognized as expert in field, knowledgeable of emerging trends and industry practices * As a Tibco Developer, you will conduct the most complex and vital work critical to the organization * Works without supervision with complete latitude for independent judgment REQUIREMENTS: * Tibco Skillset: TIBCO Business Works (5.x, 6.x and CE), TIBCO EMS, TIBCO MFT, TIBCO GI, TIBCO Business Events, TIBCO Active Spaces, TIBCO Mashery, TIBCO Statistica, TIBCO Spotfire, TIBCO Compute DB * Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments by exemplifying outstanding technical, analytical, management, and problem-solving skills * Technical preferred experience (5yr+): Software development and infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Networks, Databases, High-Availability, Scalability, Clustering, performance, Virtualization, Cloud Technologies), and integration.
