Proven experience with ETL tools such as BMC Atrium Integrator and BMC TrueSight Orchestrator Proven experience with Helix ITSM and CMDB development including understanding Helix CMDB common data model and class management Experience with Webservices to build system interfaces Understanding of the key technologies relevant to the BMC Remedy/Helix integration solutions including RESTFul Web Services, SOAP, LDAP, JSON Expertise in data migration Able to work independently with minimal management oversight Other Duties: Provide clear documentation of work, as well as guide users to establishing requirements based on best practices. Able to work within established software development lifecycle methodologies within a team setting. Capable of solving complex problems by understanding business requirements and following through with thorough, well-tested solutions. Perform testing and deployment to production following best practices.
