Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational change management, with a focus on SAP projects. Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build consensus. Experience in developing and delivering training programs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management tools. Proficiency in SAP Enable Now Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in a related field. Previous experience in a consulting environment. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. Experience in large-scale SAP implementations or upgrades. Work Environment: This position may require occasional travel to client sites. Flexibility to work in different time zones (local and global), as needed.
