Define, engineer, and design solutions in conjunction with desktop or platform engineers to improve performance in all areas identified. Assess and select product capabilities and features, ensure multiple technologies are not providing overlapping capabilities, driving down technology complexity, and driving cost reductions. Interface with the security controls and risk teams. Provide 3rd level consultation requests and support. Skills and Experience Required: Required: 10+ years of experience. Deep systems internal knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, particularly Windows 10/11 Deep knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Build Automation Extensive experience with performance and issue analysis tooling and framework. Experience with Microsoft Intune, Office 365 and Azure Advanced scripting skills and knowledge of Windows Power Desired NextThink experience is a major plus. Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management solutions, both Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management Experience with macOS and Linux operating systems.
