Analyze functional, service level and technical requirements and use cases. 2. Write high quality deliverables such as test plans, manual test scripts. 3. Cross reference test scripts with requirements. 4. Execute a wide range of quality-control testing to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards including functional, regression, integration, performance, and compliance tests. 5. Conduct manual testing of software applications. 6. Document all detected issues and variances and assist in their resolution. 7. Work with cross functional teams, including technical, project, customer, and vendors. 8. Clearly document and communicate inconsistencies, issues. 9. Lead Test status and defect triage meetings with project team. 10. Lead/facilitate User Acceptance testing. 11. Send out timely testing status reports to the project team. 12. Follow defined AE IT standards and procedures in the creation of Test Plan/scenarios. 13. Assist with automated test scripts with knowledge in test automation frameworks. Years Skills/Experience Extensive experience of software testing methodologies Experience documenting test plans, test requirements, defect tracking and resolution Experience writing, running, and maintaining test scripts Extensive experience in manual testing knowledge and experience Experience working with Test Management and Defect Management tools Experience leading and reporting test activities Proven work experience with analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience with technical style guides and writing standards Experience with integration testing and best practices Experience communicating effectively with audiences of varying technical aptitudes Knowledge of systems used to support the business of Utility, for example: IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) application, Oracle Customer Care and Billing application, Automated Data Management and Meter Data Management system applications Experience with IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management Management (ELM) or similar CLM tool Experience with IBM Rational Functional Tester and Rational Performance Tester tools and Selenium -- Keywords: quality analyst information technology green card Lead QA Software Test Engineer Strong Manual Expereince is Must Loc: Austin Texas Visa USC GC only [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1484795&uid= |
