Job Description: Responsibilities: Architect end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform that align with business objectives, scalability, security, and performance requirements. Design and Implement enterprise solutions across the customer landscape keeping business challenges and requirements in consideration. Scope, plan and estimate projects or module of work. Act as a trusted advisor and suggest the right enterprise solutions to the customer keeping Salesforce best practices in mind. Continuously assess and optimize the Salesforce platform to enhance user experience, streamline processes, and improve system performance. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements, define solution roadmaps, and drive consensus on technical decisions. Create comprehensive technical documentation including design, data architecture, integration architecture and implementation guidelines. Qualifications: ~15 years of IT industry experience. Relevant experience of minimum 10+ years of experience in Salesforce A proven functional/technical professional with at least 5 full Lifecycle Salesforce.com implementations and at least 10+ years' experience working with SFDC. Direct experience with Sales, Service, Field Service, Community, CPQ, Platform (application design, architecture and development using Salesforce.com) Experience with new Clouds like Einstein, Health, Retail and CPG Cloud, CDP added advantage. Good to Have - Marketing Cloud/Commerce Cloud Experience Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, API-based integrations, and middleware technologies. Strong technical foundation including, Advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, etc., understanding of RDMS concepts and structures, structured system analysis and design methods, etc. Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of SFDC CRM software solutions. Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills Force.com platform experience, including the limitation of the platform (e.g., API and governor limits) Evaluation of Salesforce.com with third party solutions Supervisory experience from Technical Solutioning, code reviews, assigning technical Tasks. Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF preferred.
