This involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust identity and access management systems, as well as educating and supporting users on secure practices. The ideal candidate is a technical expert with strong communication skills and a passion for security. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Architecture and Engineering: Guide the automation of user account and identity lifecycle management (creation, provisioning, securing, inactivation). Lead IAM integrations and implement role-based access control (RBAC) strategies. Collaborate on design, implementation, and support of IAM technologies. Plan, build, test, manage, and update security for company assets. Act as subject matter expert for Identity Governance and RBAC. Reconcile discrepancies between assigned and required access rights. Troubleshoot IAM tool and process issues. Develop and maintain detailed documentation. Strategy and Security: Deep understanding of directory services and IAM technology. Ability to develop workflows and documentation for IAM processes. Understand and interpret APIs. Enforce policies to ensure compliance with minimum necessary access rules . Participate in audits, risk assessments, and implementation of recommendations. Generate reports for in-depth analysis of IAM issues . Support optimization of MFA, SSO, biometrics, and MDM. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Security, or related field. Relevant certifications (CISSP, Security+, CISM, IAM-specific) a plus. 5+ years experience with IAM applications (Active Directory, Entra ID, SailPoint, ServiceNow, etc.) . Excellent understanding of SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0 . Strong experience with identities, entitlements, and accounts across various tech stacks.
