Job Summary: The Oracle Cloud Manufacturing/Planning Functional Support Specialist is responsible for providing functional support for Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Planning modules. This role involves working closely with business users to ensure the effective use and optimization of Oracle Cloud solutions to meet business needs. The specialist will troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and provide training and documentation to users. Key Responsibilities: System Support and Maintenance: Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Planning modules. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with other teams. Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance. User Assistance and Training: Assist users in understanding and effectively using Oracle Cloud functionalities. Develop and conduct training sessions and create user documentation. Provide ongoing user support and address any queries or concerns. Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. Work with stakeholders to implement best practices and streamline operations. Customize Oracle Cloud applications to better align with business requirements. Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and processes. Generate reports and analytics to support business decision-making. Document issue resolutions and maintain a knowledge base for future reference. Collaboration: Work closely with IT and business teams to align Oracle Cloud solutions with business strategies. Coordinate with Oracle support for technical issues and updates. Work closely with offshore team and ensure the deliverables/incidents are well managed within the defined SLAs Engage with third-party vendors as needed for system integrations and enhancements. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in supporting Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and/or Planning modules. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud applications, SQL, and other relevant technologies. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Cloud certifications in Manufacturing and Planning modules.
