Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD, and H4-EAD Interview: F2F. Need local candidate in NJ/NY He would prefer to hire a candidate that was a lead QA resource that could mentor a few off-shore resources. Any experience working with Off Shore Development teams would be desirable. Looking for solid QA assignments. Will be working on new and existing applications that support UPS drivers scanners. Hands on Testing experience needed. Will interview week of June 17th. Job Description: Analyzes requirements and system processes for highly complex projects and collaborates with stakeholders to design and/or modify test artifacts used to ensure test coverage for the team's testing projects. Develops detailed test plans and builds test strategies to ensure accurate test resource allocation and utilization, while defining how testing will be conducted Manages the design, build, and implementation of test automation plans to increase efficiency and improve quality. Looks for opportunities and develops solutions for performance and security based testing. Develops test tools to improve the efficiency of the testing process. Executes tests and analyzes the test results to help ensure that delivered systems meet the expected results. Provides status updates to key stakeholders to ensure test objectives are met and to support the project timeline.
