Mandatory Qualification Business Analyst Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution. 12 - 36 months Requested Qualifications: 1. 12 months experience working directly with users in a health and human service environment. 2. 12 months experience providing non-technical computer support. 3. 12 months experience with use of software to collect, filter, process, create and distribute data. 4. 12 months experience creating flow diagrams, structure charts, and other types of system or process representations. 5. 12 months experience performing information activities to support the implementation of an automated service system. 6. 12 months experience with use of SQL. 7. 12 months experience facilitating or providing technical assistance to users/groups to improve current business practices. 8.
