Review and adjust work systems modifications requested by users for their work systems transformations. Flag tickets for outsourcing partner shareback when working agreement is not followed. Review and prioritize requests for new Jira Apps from Rioters. Escalate app-related support issues to the appropriate application vendor. Review and share updates on monthly releases from Atlassian (new features, bug fixes). Participate in the Jira administration teams projects. Manage and review the work that needs to be completed by 3rd party vendors. Configure integrations and security, solve access and permissions issues. Author and maintain operational process documentation, runbooks, technical designs and shared standards. Skills Must Have 2+ years experience with Jira Service Management Cloud 4+ years experience with Groovy scripting with Jira (Script Runner). 5+ years experience with Jira Cloud. Advanced proficiency in other SaaS work management tools such as Airtable and Trello (or equivalent). Advanced proficiency with Atlassian Jira Cloud Software and its most popular add-ons (Advanced Planning, Automation, eazy BI, Script Runner, Structure). Excellent English language skills: you are comfortable presenting to large audiences and excel at writing in-depth application how-tos, documenting processes, and producing user-facing documentation. Excellent remote working skills: you thrive in a hybrid work environment and are very comfortable with asynchronous communication, providing timely and relevant updates on your progress and blockers as they arise. Experience participating in large multi-person technical efforts, including hybrid teams composed of full-time employees and 3rd party vendors. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Proficiency in with Asset and configuration management in Jira Service Management. Nice to Have: Completed the ACP-120 Jira Administration for Cloud Certification. Completed the ACP-420 Managing Jira Service Projects for Cloud Certification. Experience using reporting tools such as eazyBI for Jira or Tableau. Proficiency in other programming and scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript or Python. Proficiency with Atlassian Access (Atlassian Guard). Proficiency with Atlassian Analytics. Proficiency with Jira Data Center.
