Role: Chatbot QA Tester Location: Remote Exp : 10 Years We are looking for QA testers with Al experience in Chatbot/Voicebot Required Qualifications: 7+ years' experience Quality Assurance testing Conversational Al Virtual Assistants (Voice & Chat) in enterprise contact centers. 4+ experience implementing automated testing leveraging Cyara Botium & Velocity Excellent relationship-building skills and proven ability to work collaboratively through various lines of business and functional areas, promoting a culture of proactive teamwork. Preferred Qualifications: Experience testing IBM Watson Assistant Voice & Chat Bots Familiar testing language models, text to speech, speech to text Familiarity with leveraging Postman for API testing Experience working in SAFE / Agile methodology.
