NOW Platform Customization: Configure, customize, and extend ServiceNow platform Integration: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Governance and Compliance: Define and enforce governance policies and compliance standards for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring data security and regulatory compliance. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the platform's effectiveness and efficiency. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and administrators, empowering them to leverage the full potential of the ServiceNow platform. Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and support manuals. Academic and Professional Experience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications preferred. Strong proficiency in SN NOW platform Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps is a plus.
