Please share resume in word to [email protected] Position-DataCenter Operation Analyst Location-Amelia,Ohio(Onsite) Interview-Video Duration-6 months+ Shift: 3:00 11:00 pm This position requires technician to work in a highly time critical environment. Critical functions performed by technician include (but are not limited to) the following actions: Monitor batch cycles using BMC ControlM, CA ESP, and UNISYS (WFL) scheduling software Perform nightly backups of all production systems Prepare tape media for offsite storage for disaster recovery Perform escalation callout notifications, following established standard processes and policies Perform account-balancing tasks utilizing paper reports, batch job output Perform routine media management activities, including incoming and outgoing inventory of offsite media Document inventory following established standard processes and policies. Perform print activities using Solimar Print Director and Xerox printers.
