Role: IDMC Admin with experience in mass ingestion Location: Remote Exp : 12 Years 1. Platform Administration: - Manage and maintain the Informatica IDMC environment, ensuring high availability and performance. - Configure and monitor the IDMC infrastructure, including servers, databases, and applications. - Perform regular system health checks, updates, and patches to keep the environment secure and up-to-date. 2. User Management: - Create, manage, and monitor user accounts, roles, and permissions. - Ensure proper access controls are in place and adhere to security policies. - Provide user support and training on Informatica IDM functionalities and best practices. 3. Data Integration and ETL Processes: - Design, develop, and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows and data integration processes. - Optimize data integration tasks to improve performance and reduce processing time. - Monitor ETL jobs for successful execution, troubleshoot failures, and ensure data quality. 4. Data Quality and Governance: - Implement and enforce data quality rules and standards. - Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data integrity. - Work with data stewards and other stakeholders to establish and maintain data governance policies. 5. Security and Compliance: - Implement security measures to protect sensitive data within the IDMC platform. - Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and others. 6. Performance Tuning and Optimization: - Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies. - Implement tuning and optimization strategies for data processing and integration workflows. - Regularly review and update configurations to enhance system performance. - Implement security measures to protect sensitive data within the IDMC platform. - Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and others. 7. Backup and Recovery: - Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures to protect against data loss. - Perform regular backups and test recovery processes to ensure data can be restored in case of failure. - Ensure disaster recovery plans are in place and up-to-date. 8. Collaboration and Support: - Collaborate with data architects, data scientists, and other IT teams to support data initiatives. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and stakeholders. - Document processes, procedures, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing. 9. Project Management: - Participate in planning and executing data management projects. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders. 10.
