Senior ERP Developer Our client is looking for a Senior ERP Developer to join their team. This position will provide professional functional and/or programming support for a large multi facility healthcare organization. Positions at this level apply extensive and advanced principles, theories and concepts and may contribute to the development of solutions to complex problems that require innovation and ingenuity. This is a remote position. Senior ERP Developer Responsibilities Acts as a system expert or business consultant on complex projects or system for a large multi facility healthcare organization. Manage small to large projects. Addresses topics and issues that are both strategic (long term) and operational (immediate) in nature. Formulates systems scope and objectives and resolves complex technical issues. Ensures that improvements in and/or changes to operations are implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. Provides technical and operational guidance to ensure that installed systems are working successfully and proposed systems will meet organization's future needs. Acts as a source and mentor for direction, training/skills development and guidance for less experienced departmental staff. May be assigned a lead role to assist management in short or long term management needs.
