Preparing project schedule with milestones and defining tasks Managing and controlling scope changes. Facilitate impact assessments of scope change requests Communicating outcomes of scope change requests. Updating project documents upon approval of all scope changes Dealing with internal and external vendors for completing project task(s) Generating project status and milestone reports for the projects Accountable for the project budget, forecast, margin, QBR, daily/weekly meetings. Setting up new process for accounts (Start to End process setup) Defining the project goals and ensuring that the projects are delivered on time.
