Looking Remote ||Office 365 Migration Architect || Remote USA Role - Office 365 Migration Architect // Remote USA Key Responsibilities Migration Planning and Execution : Lead and manage the end-to-end migration process from on-premises environments to Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams. Architecture Design : Develop and implement Office 365 architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements, security policies, and industry best practices. Project Management : Oversee migration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business units. Technical Expertise : Provide deep technical expertise in Office 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and related services. Security and Compliance : Ensure migration strategies and implementations comply with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements. User Training and Support : Develop and deliver training programs and documentation to ensure users are effectively using Office 365 services. Provide advanced support during and after migration. Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize the performance of Office 365 services, addressing any issues or bottlenecks. Vendor Management : Collaborate with Microsoft and other third-party vendors to resolve issues and enhance service delivery. Qualifications Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Office 365) are a plus. Experience : Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and Office 365 migrations. Proven track record of leading successful Office 365 migration projects. Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of Office 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams. Experience with migration tools such as Quest, BitTitan, or similar. Strong understanding of Azure AD, identity management, and authentication protocols. Familiarity with Power scripting for automation and administration. Knowledge of network protocols, firewall configurations, and load balancers. Soft Skills : Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
