Role: Salesforce Technical Architect Location: Phoenix, AZ - 2 weeks per month on site (Local or PST Candidates) Duration: 12+ months Interview: Video Client: KPMG ANY VISA PREFER LOCAL or WEST COAST We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Architect to guide the Salesforce Design and Architectural estimation of our Order To Cash (OTC) program, which involves the integration of various systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, Reltio and others to support client processes. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce and customer transformation and integrations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and execution of the Salesforce architectural roadmap along with other critical systems related to the OTC program. Develop technical designs for application systems and their interfaces encompassing OTC program needs. Understand the nuances of integrating Salesforce with Oracle, Reltio and other boundary systems and use this knowledge to optimize system configurations. Define technical standards, guidelines, principles, and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to create, maintain, and communicate design artifacts depicting proposed and current system architecture. Participate in customer-facing roles, intricate problem solving, and solution selling. Assess and manage technical risk, escalating and resolving where appropriate. Prepare effort estimation for the Salesforce component and align with other system estimates. Requirements: At least 9 years of work experience in Salesforce implementation and integration. Must hold several Salesforce technical certifications, including Certified Salesforce Technical Architect. Solid understanding of the OTC program and prior experience in the utilities and energy industry. Ability to understand and transform customer requirements into technical design. Excellent command over Salesforce product suite and up-to-date awareness of the most recent Salesforce updates and best practices. Impeccable problem-solving skills, with the propensity to handle complex scenarios related to the integration of different systems. Demonstrable experience with enterprise-level system integrations, data modeling and architectural design. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Oracle and Reltio system integration will be highly advantageous. As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you are expected to be a technical leader, capable of understanding complex scenarios and driving architectural design and estimation Must hold several Salesforce technical certifications, including Certified Salesforce Technical Architect .
