Maintain seamless connectivity between on-premises and AWS networks. Establish procedures for Cisco/Meraki/AWS setups with Cloud SRE. Implement automation for streamlined operations using tools like Ansible or Terraform. Collaborate on firewall architecture, compliance, and IPsec tunnels with the Security team. Work with networking solutions from Cisco, Arista, Fortinet, etc. Utilize FortiManager, SolarWinds, Scrutinizer, and others for effective management. Provide tier 2/3 support via ServiceNow, ensuring rapid issue resolution. Enforce network policies to enhance service levels and compliance. Apply DevOps practices for automation and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Knowledge of Cisco CCIE level networking required, Routing and Switching, Data Center, Enterprise Infrastructure disciplines Deep understanding of LAN and Enterprise WAN architectures and how they are used to design global video delivery networks Expert knowledge in Network Troubleshooting with a focus on the OSI model as it relates to enterprise networking 10+ years' experience Maintaining and Supporting Enterprise WAN environments 10+ years' experience with complex LAN, WAN, Datacenter, and Cloud environments Knowledge of Python and Ansible to develop network automation solutions AWS Certified Advanced Networking Specialty Certification a plus Experience in cloud networking (AWS Direct connect, vpcs, transit gateways, privatelink, elbs, etc) Knowledge of Software Defined Networking and Virtual Network Functions (VNF) required. Must be effective and clear when communicating with both technical resources and C-level management stakeholders Ability to coach and lead the existing technical team in modern operations and DevOps practices to bring higher levels of automation, documenting, and service to our internal customers Role Details: Works primarily out of ServiceNow handling tickets Provides troubleshooting to technical issues Works alongside with the engineering teams that are managing projects Provide technical documentation for the NOC team Qualifications: CCIE cert or high-level experience with routing/switches, Data Center, and Enterprise level infrastructure Experience w/FortiGate Firewalls Cisco routers/switches SolarWinds or related monitoring tool Scripting (Ansible or Python) AWS networking experience is a plus Om Verma Tech.
