Looking for Technical Manager with expertise in Microsoft Intune Azure AVD , VMware vSphere, VMware horizon view, Virtual desktop infrastructure , Active directory, DNS, DHCP, Group policy, Windows System administration, Core Requirements and Responsibilities: Technical Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day efficient operations and effective management, providing technical assistance on MS Intune, Azure AVD, VMware end-user computing devices and/or Virtual desktop -related issues Strong hands-on experience on Patch management deployments, patching and updates, and operating system imaging ensuring technical training development; and working in collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure services are delivered and met at the highest level of customer satisfaction. Provide technical expertise in the Microsoft Intune management platform and Administer Windows devices using Intune. Package and deploy legacy Win32 applications using modern formats like Intune win and MSIX. Proficient in setting up Windows Autopilot enrollment, EPS, Deployment profiles. Familiarity with Endpoint security, Microsoft Defender, firewall configurations, and URL/domain whitelisting. Experience in Microsoft Cloud/Hybrid Cloud Management, onboarding, configuring, and transitioning to the cloud. Very good hands-on experience cloud concept Azure Virtualization, Azure Networking, Azure Identity and Azure Storage Manage and maintain identity, security, compliance, and protected user devices. Printing on Azure Virtual Desktop using Universal Print Good hands-on experience on User profile management product, Roaming Profile, Fslogix and OneDrive Should be aware of an App Layering solution like Flex App MSIX App attach etc.\\ Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Patch Management, Application Deployment. Candidates must possess ample knowledge and experience in system automation, deployment, and implementation. Deep understanding of the Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, including the Windows registry, win32 and x64 application structure. In-depth experience in hardware image development and support for various Make and Models client and Server Operating systems . Proven experience with VMware 6.X,7X, VMware horizon view, Windows server 2012, 2016 and 2019 administration including server build and patching. Experience in VMware management, to include Vcenter and automated deployment of systems and performance monitoring. Good hands on experience upgradation/migration various products such as windows, VMware and VMware horizon view, Citrix Experience providing technical resolution to incident & problem events related to Virtual desktop and end user device Infrastructure. Oversee environments including planning upgrades, staying on top of EOL dates and documenting inter-dependencies Strong hands-on experience doing POC, production rollout on VMware infrastructure, VMware horizon view VDI infrastructure Candidates must possess experience in using Azure AVD, Azure AD, Azure Network, Azure security and Storage and ample experience in configuring and automating the tasks through Power Strong experience with virtual network, storage management and other virtualization related tasks Be the escalation point for VMWare and VDI Windows OS related issues Familiar with the ITIL process. Experience in implementing and maintaining IT Service Management (ITSM) tools Create all necessary documentation including system standards, run-books, and more Research software solutions to meet our needs and create efficiencies.
