Imaging and configuration of computer systems. User data migration. Facilitate accurate record by ensuring equipment asset tags are updated in system. Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT procedures by identifying opportunities for improvement, sharing best practices and updating documentation, as necessary. Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value can do people, accountability, diversity, and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity, and fun. Required Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma/GED Experience: 2 years relevant experience Preferred Competencies/Skills Effectively and efficiently present logic, reasoning, and analysis to others Follow established guidelines to focus on details and complete tasks attentively and thoroughly Communicate, both verbal and written information in a clear, well-organized, and professional manner Understand the needs and goals of a customer and actively look for ways to meet them Assume a methodical approach to evaluate situations Demonstrated interest in enhancing knowledge; seeks opportunities to learn and grow Keep logs, records and files up-to-date and readily accessible Have respect for coworkers, colleagues and customers Monitor accomplishment of assigned tasks Communicate information in user-friendly format Professional, polished, poised and positive demeanor Utilize high attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience Experience Experience in Information Technology and customer service Preferred Knowledge Knowledge of general computer troubleshooting and desktop support.
