We collaborate closely with each other and across teams to create industry-leading experiences that deliver value for our B2B/B2C business partners, resulting in lasting relationships Responsibilities Partner closely with other teams and peers to solve complex user problems. Conduct user research to help define your product Help generate feature flows, site maps, flow diagrams, and high-fidelity deliverables Create artifacts, prototypes, and specs that enable developers to implement features efficiently Present your designs to senior management for feedback and approval Provide patterns, best practices, and guidance on interaction/visual design for different devices Gauge the usability, trustworthiness, and delightfulness for each experience Must have Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc.) or equivalent practical experience Experience with design systems that work across a product A portfolio showing experience designing web and/or mobile applications A portfolio showing data visualization samples Experience in designing usable, web-based interfaces for complex internal systems.
