There is a script they will follow, has ticket been approved, is it in a good state, are they executing in approved window. They have tickets wed thurs Friday could have hundreds of tickets. When code is ready to go into client test environment, theres a veritety of back office stuff needs to be done- has it been signed off by qa, is there any production readiness to be done. They are at very end of ticketing process. So ticket has been approved to go at 5-11 tonight so they have to assign someone for 5pm to take it to the next level which is to put it into client test environment and make sure its successful and all documentation is in ticket, then they close out the ticket. There is a whole ticket system that takes the ticket. 1. Would someone with PM background or coordination Or do they need more software experience PM they would be involved in a process like this for sure. They would work 2. Not hard work just high volume tickets. Someone java developer or engineer background would be bored. They are NOT doing the deployments just tracking it. 3. Can be junior, they will train. Someone should have some experience in linux and cloud. Understands why git is and artifacts and URL and repositories that they would keep code. 4. Linux production support background would be good!
