The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units and vendors to convert or develop documents for use with a new lease/loan management system. What You will Do: - Day to day activities will include: Convert or develop documents into a format usable with a new loan/lease management system. Analysis: Comb through legacy templates and identify where the content needs to be dynamic and describe/document the business logic behind the dynamic content, and describe/document any special formatting/layout Business/Functional skillset Understanding the business purpose of the document is a plus Mapping: translate the business logic to Odessa terminology Functional skillset Similar to mapping for data migration Tagging: define expressions based on the Odessa terminology and insert the appropriate tags into the word doc template (e.g., select value tags, table tags, conditional tags, etc.) Techno Functional or Technical skillset Microsoft Word Design Mode/Content Control The application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine specifications. Collaborate directly with vendors, sister company personnel, and internal SMEs. Qualifications You will Need: Must Have: Ability to read and create moderately complex SQL statements, procedures, and views. Candidates will have SQL, XML/XSL, MS Word, and report or document creation experience. Ability to work with limited supervision, having significant latitude for independent judgment. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business needs. Great to Have: Experience supporting Financial applications. Experience in the Financial Service industry.
