Preferred Qualifications Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient, with the ability to successfully project manage multiple shifting priorities; Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate problems and solutions thoughtfully and thoroughly. Cross-functional support experience Highly developed troubleshooting skills, including tenacity and investigative abilities to identify the root cause of problems.
