The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully building and supporting enterprise applications. What you are good at; Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities Lead and coordinate new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization Drive programs or large, complex projects to completion and execute roadmaps, while championing business objectives and goals Manage interdependencies across a high number of scrum teams and organizations Adapt style to work with a diverse set of stakeholder needs and expectations Work across diverse business and technical partners to broker decisions and negotiate trade-offs Communicate effectively at an executive level Mediate and resolve conflicts, maintain a strategic focus when making decisions Demonstrate sound judgment regarding decisions and escalations with complete information Provide supervision and direction to project teams to ensure successful execution Ensure quality and evidence of project documentation Understanding of agile processes, team velocity and the ability to forecast progress accordingly Collaborate across Dev, Ops and architectural teams to help remove roadblocks Coming up with sustainable goals for the organization Evaluating and assessing the programs strengths and weaknesses Monitoring projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are met Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals Create metrics, graphs, and reports Work effectively with scrum teams towards the common goal of delivering top-notch solutions to our Advisor services customers Mentor and train Associate, Staff and offshore developers as needed Assist with streamlining and organizing documentation, share knowledge, ideas and concepts with the team, collaborate and truly believe in the concept of teamwork What you have Bachelors degree with 10+ years of project management experience, managing multiple large, complex and cross functional projects Strong ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying deadlines and be able to work under pressure during production issues Proven ability to earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders through focused execution of business priorities Proven ability to deliver highly visible, complex projects Ability to navigate and be successful in a highly matrixed organization Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure Demonstrated and applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management tools and methodologies Experience successfully driving initiatives in a matrix organization. Tactfully communicates sensitive information. Ability to develop and manage budgets and plans for the programs Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones and locations. Experience in planning, implementation, and support of business application components. Ability to work independently and well together as a member of cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment Must be passionate about data and for delivering high-quality data solutions in an agile fashion Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, coupled with a desire to take on responsibilities Must be solutions-oriented, a critical thinker and an excellent communicator both written and verbal communication Must be able to communicate technically and non-technically, tailoring communication to audience Able to quickly grasp complex concepts and learn new technologies Pursues excellence in all aspects of business.
