http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1383111&uid= From: Arun, KPG [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello Please share resume to [email protected] Role : Sr HRIS Analyst Location : Orlando,FL(Hybrid) Duration :4-6 months+ The Analyst works under the direction of the HRIS Manager for Robotic Process Automation and is responsible for completing HRIS related activities including but not limited to; RPA system configuration, Data Extractions, functional specifications, program and system quality testing, Training of new Analysts The HRIS Analyst Intermediate is expected to take leadership on initiatives within the project and have the ability to prioritize, manage and execute work meeting all deadlines. Principal Duties and Job Responsibilities Develop Robotic Process automations to support automation of HR tasks, movement of data between systems and automating notifications to team members Support HR application(s) to optimize system effectiveness while improving existing HR/PR business processes, productivity, efficiency and quality maximizing the value to AdventHealth. Willingly contribute and share ideas, system knowledge and understanding of core HR/PR business processes to increase team/project effectiveness and establish positive working relationships throughout the project. Document/provide input on post implementation lessons learned. Demonstrate ability to work with minimal supervision, paying significant attention to detail and responding to issues with a sense of urgency. Prepare and execute test scenarios; conduct test runs, take corrective measures during testing phases, document issues, and retest applied fixes after remediation. Train and orient Analysts on required tasks and project expectations. May occasionally be required to be on call. Specialty Area Robotics Specific Job Duties Support all robotics processes and applications used by AdventHealth. Responsible for timely management of HR Help Desk cases and project tracking. Work as assigned with IT on break/fix issues and new development. Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality work. Collaborate with other HR teams to stay updated on processes and identify new areas for robotics implementation. Research new robotics process automation trends and provide recommendations to leadership. Working knowledge of process improvement and process automation using RPA and intelligence tools. Develop training and reference documentation surrounding Power Automate and other related tools. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Critical thinking and root cause analysis process Advance Microsoft Office Skills, particularly in Excel Analytical skills Ability to write reports/queries KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED: Previous project/process design or improvement analysis skills preferred. Prefer knowledge/skills in any combination of the following: System Testing/Data Modeling Applications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in related field required (or equivalent job related experience may be considered, if enrolled and on course to complete Bachelors degree). Minimum 3 years of experience in HR application support (HR Systems, Time and Attendance Systems, or Reporting and Analytics) or equivalent experience.
