Location: Remote Duration: Contract Experience: 12+ Years Imp Notes- My client is working on SAP Compensation Modernization from on-prem to SAP ECP ( SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solution ) We need Sr. Functional candidate who has experience in validation of large volumes of data when migration is taking place . Core responsibility will be validation of Data when migration is taking place. They will primarily need to do validation. -SAP SuccessFactors Consultant role with hands on experience focused on Compensation and Variable Pay: -Should be Independently able to manage large implementation projects such as Compensation Worksheets, Budget allocation, Compensation Planning, Compensation statements etc. -He should Adhere to system implementation standards and methodologies. - should have Good experience with SAP Integration Suite" -We need good mix of Functional and Technical candidate who has experience in validation of large volumes of data when migration is taking place .
