This role will focus on Windows 11 migration and Autopilot/Intune migration/deployment The successful candidate will be responsible for providing engineering support, troubleshooting, and assistance with ongoing project development. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation and rollout of Windows 11 across various environments, including production, test, and engineering. Provide engineering support and expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during the migration process. Support the use of Autopilot for new device deployments and collaborate with the team to streamline and optimize the deployment process. Ensure successful integration and management of devices, including physical, virtual (VDI), and cloud-based environments. Work with company policies and help manage the company portal, ensuring policies are effectively implemented and adhered to. Collaborate with the team on future device imaging strategies and processes, including returning devices to image with Win11. Provide guidance on VDI user migration and support, ensuring an efficient and smooth transition. Participate in the engineering and development of SCCM for Win11 application workstream, contributing to the ongoing progress and success of the project. Offer insights and validation regarding industry standards and best practices to guide project development and implementation. Work closely with other engineers and project team members to provide support and expertise in achieving project goals. Qualifications: Strong experience with Windows 10/11 deployment and management, including Autopilot and Intune. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as Cloud PKI and their integration into modern endpoint environments. Experience with SCCM application workstreams and other related technologies. Familiarity with VDI and other virtual environments and migration processes. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively with a diverse team. Demonstrated ability to adapt and evolve within a fast-paced project environment. A proactive approach to technology adoption and process improvement. Duration: This position is available for a contract period of 8-12 months, with potential extensions based on project needs and performance. Om Verma Tech.
